Pepper Mince Beef

500 - 750grams lean beef mince

2 large potatoes diced (cooked but not softened)

1 diced onion

1 tbsp garlic

1 tbsp ginger

1 - 2 tsp pepper powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp saffron powder

salt, cracked pepper, dried chilli flakes and lemon juice to taste

1) Fry the onion in oil

2) Add garlic, ginger, coriander powder, saffron powder, pepper powder and fry until aromatic

3) Add mince and ensure it is well coated in fried spices

4) Once mince is heated through, add lemon juice, salt and cracked pepper to taste (be generous with pepper) 5) Add potatoes and cook until mince is browned and natural juices have dried


Garnish with coriander leaves, dried onion, chilli flakes and cracked pepper Serve with chapati, rice, noodles, eggs, etc.
