Masala Mary Bloody Mary

This spicy cocktail is easy to make and a great way to start a party or a meal. Traditional Bloody Mary recipes use Tabasco but our variation uses heat closer from home. Try it and let us know your thoughts!
Ingredients:
Vodka (exclude for non-alcoholic)
Spicy Tomato Juice (store bought or home made recipe to follow)
Worcestershire sauce
Coriander Paste (recipe to follow)
Sambal
Pepper
Place all ingredients and ice cubes into a cocktail shaker and shake until blended. Serve over ice in a tall glass and garnish with dried chilli, coriander sprigs and a lime wedge.
I sometimes play around with the garnishes. Pictured below is one with a cherry tomato and blue cheese snack.
