Chickpeas with Cauliflower

A delicious side-dish or wholesome vegetarian meal!
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of panch phoron,
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1 diced onion
Cauliflower (half or whole - you decide!)
1 can chick peas
1 dozen curry leaves
1) Heat a little oil in a stir fry pan,
2) Add the panch phoron, curry leaves and onion
3) Stir until onion is half cooked
4) Add chilli powder, teaspoon cumin powder and fry the masala
5) Add cauliflower with a little water
6) When cauliflower is half cooked add the can of chickpeas
7) Add salt to taste, cover with lid and cook till liquid dries up
Serve with anything you like or eat on it's own. I love it with just a dollop of yoghurt!
